Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all products and websites operated by hezien, China ("we", "us"), including the products listed below. General terms apply to all products; product-specific sections describe how each product handles data.
1. General
Website
This website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We do not use analytics, cookies or any tracking on it. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.
Payments
Paid products are sold through Creem (creem.io) as Merchant of Record. We do not receive your full card details. Creem's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share personal data, except with the service providers named in this policy or as required by law.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy, including adding sections for new products, and will post the new version on this page.
2. TalkPorter (browser extension)
Conversation content
The extension reads the conversation content on chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com only when you click an export or copy action, to generate the export (Markdown, Obsidian or PDF) locally in your browser. The extension never uploads conversation content to us or any third party.
Images in conversations
If a conversation contains images, Markdown exports only include links to the images (their original web addresses). When you use the PDF export or the export page, your browser loads those images directly from the site where they are hosted (for example, ChatGPT's image servers). These requests go straight from your browser to that site and do not pass through our servers.
Data stored locally
In your browser (chrome.storage.local): your license key, license status and a random device identifier. For Obsidian export, the access handle for the folder you choose is stored only in your browser (IndexedDB) and is never uploaded. Data for a pending export job is kept temporarily in your browser's session storage (chrome.storage.session) and cleared once the export is done.
No analytics or tracking
The extension contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code and sets no cookies. Its only network request to us is the license verification described below.
License verification
When you activate a license, and about once every 24 hours afterwards, the extension sends your license key and a random device identifier (generated by the extension, not linked to your identity) to our license verification server hosted on Cloudflare Workers, which checks it with Creem. No conversation content is sent.
